My Passionate Novel!

It's rather obvious that your most well developed idea is the alien-kid-vacation one...which as a first novel, the training wheels can stay on. You can say important stuff to adolescents, while figuring out what it takes to write an entire novel. I personally am biased(fascinated) by gender-politics, therefore I like the potential conflict within the betrayal/not-caught-on video idea. [Did you get the priceless MC internet email, about the poor-soul who went through with the wedding, only to give everyone pictures at the reception, of his new-bride 'doing-it' with his best man.] Sex, and all of the associated ego-trappings present limitless and fascinating avenues...yeah, if I were you, I'd practice first with the alien vacation story. You've got it fairly-well developed (meaning it shouldn't take much to finish,) & then you'd have an idea of what it would take to write the next one. Best of luck!!!

Well, I like the Hate Crime idea, but then again, I tend to favor reading those sorts of stories. The alien one isn't too bad, but I personally don't find it appealling. In any case, good luck!
